These Terms and Conditions govern your use of K9 Clip N Clean Mobile Dog Grooming services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
K9 Clip N Clean Mobile Dog Grooming may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize K9 Clip N Clean Mobile Dog Grooming to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (972) 802-9388. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscription and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
4. Opt In Again
If you have opted out and wish to rejoin, you may do so using your original enrollment method.

6. Message Frequency and Rates
You will receive no more than 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply through your wireless carrier.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Grooming Services
K9 Clip N Clean Mobile Dog Grooming provides professional mobile pet grooming services, including but not limited to bathing, brushing, haircutting, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, and sanitary trims. Grooming carries inherent risks, including but not limited to minor nicks or scratches, nail quicking, skin irritation, or stress-related responses. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
10. Owner Disclosure
You agree to disclose all relevant information regarding your pet, including medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities, behavioral or aggression issues, and prior grooming difficulties. If your dog is matted, they may need a shave-down for a fresh start; this will be discussed with you before service.
11. Privacy
Use of our messaging and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
